Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 48 hours return and exchange policy, meaning you have 48 from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Fees

A return or exchange shipping fee of EGP 100 (may increase depending on location) applies to all approved returns and exchanges.

  • The fee covers return shipping and handling

  • The fee will be deducted from the refund amount or paid before processing an exchange

This fee is non-refundable.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at mourywear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return or exchange instructions

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mourywear@gmail.com.

In such cases, return or exchange fees may be waived, subject to review and approval.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day period from the date of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability

  • If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit

  • Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above

  • An EGP 85 exchange fee applies (may increase depending on location)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
