Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Any promotions related to free shipping will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details or delivery confirmation via phone or message, depending on the courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Egypt.

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number and address are accurate

  • You are available to receive the order at the delivery address

Failure to receive a confirmed order may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

MOURY is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address

In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
